Pre Sale Questions

Most items on Pawrium are shipped from within the UK. Standard products (such as toys, bowls, and everyday accessories) are typically delivered in 2–4 business days. Partner Brand and custom-made items (including memorial products or personalised pieces) may take up to 7–10 business days for delivery. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times. We’ll always include full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Yes! Every order includes tracked shipping, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

We offer a 30-day return window. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly to make things right.
